Lentil (Lens, Fabaceae) in Armenia

Abstract

In the article for the first time results of the caryological study of the Armenian species of genus Lens Mill. are given. Data on history of the lentil’s culture on the territory of the Armenian Highland and, in particular, Armenia, are discussed.
