1. Journal policies on authorship and contributorship
The authors of the publication can only be persons who have made a significant contribution to the presented research. All those who have made significant contributions should be designated as Contributors. Where research participants have made significant contributions in a particular area of the research project, they should be listed as having made significant contributions to the research.

2. How the journal will handle complaints and appeals; journal policies on conflicts of interest / competing interests
Each reviewer has the right to refuse a review if there is a conflict of interest that affects the perception and interpretation of the manuscript materials. As a result of reviewing the manuscript, the reviewer must make a recommendation by choosing one of the following options: - recommend the manuscript for publication in the submitted form (without comments); — to recommend the manuscript for publication after the author has become acquainted with the comments and wishes of the reviewer (their consideration is at the discretion of the author); — recommend the manuscript for publication, taking into account the comments of the reviewers; — reject the manuscript with the right to resubmit; — reject the manuscript without the right to resubmit.
If the author and reviewers have irresolvable contradictions regarding the manuscript, the editorial board has the right to send the manuscript for additional review. In conflict situations, the decision is made by the editorial board.

3. Journal’s policy on ethical oversight
In the case of ethical claims, the editor, together with the Publisher, takes adequate response measures regarding the reviewed manuscripts or published materials. Such measures generally include interaction with the Authors of the manuscript and the argumentation of the corresponding complaint or requirement, but may also involve interaction with relevant organizations and research centers.

4. Journal’s policy on intellectual property
Any manuscript received for peer review must be treated as a confidential document. This work may not be opened or discussed with anyone not authorized to do so by the Editor. The manuscript is considered as the intellectual property of the author, its materials cannot be used by anyone without the consent of the author.

5. Process for identification of and dealing with allegations of research misconduct
Authors must submit entirely original work. In the case of using works or statements of other Authors, appropriate bibliographic references or excerpts must be provided. Plagiarism is the presentation of someone else's work as the author's, copying or paraphrasing parts of someone else's work (without attribution) and before claiming one's own rights to the results of someone else's research. Plagiarism in all forms is unethical and is unacceptable. Submitted manuscripts are checked through the anti-plagiarism system. Submitting the same manuscript to more than one journal at the same time is perceived as unethical behavior and is unacceptable.
