Publishers: Armenian Botanical Society, Institute of Botany of National Academy of the Sciences of the Republic Armenia

The journal has been published since 2011. In the first issue of the magazine editorial council announces about renaming the journal ”Flora, vegetation and plant resources of Armenia”.
The new name of the journal is “Takhtajania” in honor of one of the great botanists of XXth century Armen Leoni Takhtajan. The first issue is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Takhtajan birthday. The first four issues were published in printed and electronic forms, starting from the fifth issue, the magazine is published only in electronic form.
